Do you own some land that you are hoping to develop for residential use? We design new build dwellings on both a minor and major scale. We have worked on sites as small as 2 dwellings, up to 80+ dwellings. Initially, we will undertake a feasibility study for the proposal, which will include an outcome of how many houses we think the site can accommodate, whilst meeting the Policies set by the Local planning Authority. We will also analyse the chances are of getting Planning Permission for houses on the site, if the site is 'major' or controversial, we may recommend that a Planning Consultant is also involved in the process.

Residential use is often established through existing buildings that are converted in to houses/flats. We have a large portfolio of projects where the new dwellings must be accommodated within an existing structure. We are experienced at being able to make the best use of existing spaces, to maximise the potential of the site. See the example below, where we designed five maisonette flats within a disused/derelict launderette:

To start the process we will have a free of charge, obligation-free meeting to discuss your project, give you an idea of the services we offer, and how we can help you. This may be done virtually (via Zoom/Skype) or over the telephone. After this, we will send you a formal fee quotation so you can see exactly what services we are providing.
Agree Fees:
After the initial meeting/conversation, we will send you our 'Project Pack' which will contain our Schedule of Fees, Project Guidance (including relevant third party fees), Instruction Form, fees for Optional and Supplementary services and our Terms and Conditions. If you are happy to proceed, we will be pleased to receive your signed Instruction Form and initial deposit payment.
