This includes Listed buildings, buildings/sites within Conservation Areas, Planning control, Listed Building Consent, Ancient Scheduled Monuments and building within Archaeological areas. CAAD Ltd have in house expertise in Historic Building Conservation as well as having a long working relationship with the local Conservation Officers. Every heritage project is unique, so we recommend you get in touch with us to discuss your project further.

The site had been derelict for some years before the resturant took it over, however we were immediately struck by the potential of the Grade II Listed barn, behind what had been Oddbins. The before and after photographs are shown below:

Former Public House: Managers Accommodation
The first and second floor of a Grade II Listed former Public House were derelict and in desperate need for restoration. Our client purchased the property and successfully undertook the restoration of the former managers accommodation. We achieved Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent to divide the one large maisonette in to five high-end town centre apartments. The Phase 1 - 3 drawings were carefully undertaken by CAAD Ltd to ensure as much as possible of the historic fabric of the building was retained. We are delighted with the outcome.
To start the process we will have a free of charge, obligation-free meeting to discuss your project, give you an idea of the services we offer, and how we can help you. This may be done virtually (via Zoom/Skype) or over the telephone. After this, we will send you a formal fee quotation so you can see exactly what services we are providing.
After the initial meeting/conversation, we will send you our 'Project Pack' which will contain our Schedule of Fees, Project Guidance (including relevant third party fees), Instruction Form, fees for Optional and Supplementary services and our Terms and Conditions. If you are happy to proceed, we will be pleased to receive your signed Instruction Form and initial deposit payment.
